About Us
Park Region Telephone
was founded in 1906 to offer telephone services to Dalton and the
surrounding area. Since that time the company has grown into a $
22 million dollar entity that employs 56 people and is governed by a
nine member board of directors. Our staff has extensive experience
in and dedication to the telecommunications industry.
Otter Tail Telcom, LLC
was formed in 1997 after the Telecommunications Act of 1996
allowed for competition in the local telephone service market.
Park Region Telephone is the majority owner of Otter Tail Telcom
(OTT) along with Rothsay Telephone Company and Runestone
Communications of Hoffman. OTT is authorized to provide local
telephone exchange service in Fergus Falls, Battle Lake and
Henning.
Both companies are
working hard to provide this region with all the communications
technology available in large metro areas. Our services include a
variety of telephone, computer, digital and wireless products and
